Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that all online orders of Admission tickets, Seasons Passports, Gift Cards, and/or Wake Up the Wild Experiences are treated as an express intention to purchase the services/products for the agreed online prices. Online orders are treated as a binding offer from purchaser to purchase such products and services.

All persons entering the property, grounds, facilities, and drive through Game Reserves do so entirely at their own risk and choose to do so under these conditions. No liability for loss, injury or damage will be accepted. Cracked windshields are not permitted in the drive through Game Reserves. ADMISSION TICKETS

I acknowledge and understand:

All online ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Tickets may not be reproduced and are not valid for resale. Online tickets will not be replaced if expired, destroyed, lost or stolen.
Tickets are only valid during current operating season and dates listed on tickets.
A separate entrance lane is not available at Ticket Booth for pre-purchased online tickets.
Upgrading online tickets to Season Passports must be completed on the same date of redemption at the park with receipt.
Should the park experience high volumes of traffic, online tickets do not guarantee entrance to the park or allow ticket holders to bypass the line.
Tickets are uniquely numbered for verification and logging at time of entry. Any attempt to gain a second entry with a reprinted or copied ticket will be rejected and may result in immediate investigation by African Lion Safari. African Lion Safari will not be responsible for the inconvenience due to unauthorized duplication and reserves the right to deny admission.
Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes) or other purposes without the prior written consent of African Lion Safari.
For security purposes, including deterring online fraud, we are only able to send e-ticket orders to the email address provided on your order. Unfortunately we are unable to redirect to another email address.
African Lion Safari reserves the right to revoke tickets at any time without refund if misused, abused or if the holder fails to abide by park policies.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases.
No replacement for lost or stolen gift cards.
Gift card sales are final and are in Canadian funds.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Gift cards will not be accepted if altered or mutilated.

SEASONS PASSPORT

I acknowledge and understand:

African Lion Safari does NOT have a separate Season Passport holder lane at Ticket Booth.
Misumu Bay Wet Play is a seasonal attraction open Mid-May to Labour Day weekend. **Height restrictions apply. Children must be 38 inches to go in Fish Tipping Bucket section and on slides. Each child will receive an official height measurement.
Season Passports to African Lion Safari are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Entrance to the park is only permitted through the Ticketbooth during operating hours. Passport holders will not be granted entrance after closing hours.
Should the park experience high volumes of traffic, a season passport does not guarantee entrance to the park or allow passport holders to bypass the line.

WAKE UP THE WILD EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE

I acknowledge and understand:

Wake Up The Wild Exclusive Experience purchases are final and are only valid for the current operating season.
Tour is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
There is only ONE tour departure offered daily. Guests forfeit the entire price of the tour if they do not show up for the tour. No refunds or rescheduling opportunities will be given for no shows.
Tour purchases may not be resold or used for any advertising or promotional purposes without prior written consent of African Lion Safari.
This exclusive experience occurs rain or shine, with the exception of severe weather or lightning. African Lion Safari reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather, animal health, and/or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule another date. No refunds. During cold periods and/or severe weather some species may not be on display. Animal feeding opportunities are not guaranteed.
Upon arrival, all guests will be required to complete i) Waiver and ii) Photography Agreement
Photography and filming policy: No Commercial photography permitted. All photography, video, digital, and/or film taken by customers of 1) African Lion Safari’s birds and animals and 2) property and premises must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or reproduction for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited by African Lion Safari without written consent and specific license from African Lion Safari.
